(1) After construction of the cinema hall, the owner of the cinema hall shall have to cause the cinema hall inspected by the Cinema Hall Inspecting Committee.
(2) While inspecting the cinema hall by the Cinema Hall Inspecting Committee, if the arrangement to be made in the cinema hall as mentioned in Rule 6 has been found completed by the Cinema Hall Inspecting Committee, such matter shall be required to be furnished to the Ministry and concerned person
